This ring is inspired by Heart coherence breathing which balances the heart, the mind, and emotions.This state is associated with feelings of well-being, relaxation, and improved cognitive function. It signals to your nervous system that you are safe.

Breathe TROUGH YOUR NOSE in for 4 seconds; breathe out for 6 seconds.The exhalation must always be longer than the inhalation. That's it.

you can start by practicing 2 min a day and build up to 2x 10min a day. You can do this lying down in your bed or sitting on a chair.
