Why can’t I find you address and telephone number on the website?
I don’t own a shop but work from my atelier in Antwerp. The atelier can only be visited upon appointment. I am a one-woman business and there are only so many hours in the day.
I don’t have a professional phone-number as I have learned in the past it constantly interrupts my work-flow and slows everything down. You can always contact me by email or the contact form and I will answer as soon as possible.
How can I make an appointment?
Appointment can only be made for custom made for engagement or wedding rings. You can find the appointment link on the wedding and engagement page.
Why can't I find the birthstone jewelry
I know a lot of you might be disappointed but I have decided to stop making birthstone jewelry and work exclusively with (lab grown) diamonds.The main reason is it has become increasingly difficult to find high quality colored gemstones in the small dimensions I use in my designs.It caused me stress, a lot of time lost and more importantly the decline of the joy I experienced making these jewels.
I first designed the #birthstoneseries in 2017 and can say that the concept was quite unknown. Since then my designshave been copied and reproduced. I believe in abundance and a place for all but the fact that the market is now saturated with birthstone jewelry makes it easier for me to say goodbye to it.
I will still offer the MILESTONE jewelry with diamonds.
How long does it take to make a custom-made order?
Most custom made designs take approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If it contains gemstones that are harder to find it might take longer.
Can you use old gold and gemstones to make a new piece of jewellery?
Due to technical limitations in my atelier I cannot melt your old gold and use it to make a new piece of jewellery.
How long will it take for my webshop order to be shipped?
Starting February 2020 webshop orders will be send ONCE a week - usually on a Monday or Tuesday. If Bpost do their job properly, orders should arrive the next working day.
How can I determine my (girlfriends’) ring size?
You can put the (a thin) ring on a ruler, take a picture and send it to me.
