Why can’t I find you address and telephone number on the website?
I don’t own a shop but work from my atelier in Antwerp. The atelier can only be visited upon appointment. I am a one-woman business and there are only so many hours in the day.
I don’t have a professional phone-number as I have learned in the past it constantly interrupts my work-flow and slows everything down. You can always contact me by email or the contact form and I will answer as soon as possible.
How can I make an appointment?
Appointment can only be made for custom made 14k gold jewellery, for example the Birthstone-ring collection or wedding rings. You can make an appointment through this link. Please be sure to mention what you are looking for.
Where can I find the prices of birthstone rings and wedding rings?
As these are solid 14k gold pieces the price depends on the size, the stone, its cut and other variables. I prefer to give you a correct price upon request than a complicated, vague, incomplete list.

How long does it take to make a custom-made order?
Most custom made designs take approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If it contains gemstones that are harder to find it might take longer.
Can you use old gold and gemstones to make a new piece of jewellery?
Due to technical limitations in my atelier I cannot melt your old gold and use it to make a new piece of jewellery.
How long will it take for my webshop order to be shipped?
Starting February 2020 webshop orders will be send ONCE a week - usually on a Monday or Tuesday. If Bpost do their job properly, orders should arrive the next working day.
How can I determine my (girlfriends’) ring size?
You can put the (a thin) ring on a ruler, take a picture and send it to me.
